When the season ends and your vehicles and equipment are about to take a break, it is crucial to decommission them properly. We show you how to prepare your vehicle and equipment engines for a smooth start to the new season.

Every year it’s the same: The motorbikes, convertibles and summer vehicles such as vintage cars go into well-deserved hibernation. Even the lawnmower and other motor-operated garden appliances get a break. A problem with “winter sleep”: corrosion in the system due to condensation in the tank or oxidation as well as aging of the fuel. The latter leads to start-up problems in the new season, while the former can lead to serious consequential damage and expensive repairs.

With gasoline stabilizers, these problems are a thing of the past. The modern, ash-free combination of active ingredients has preservative and material-protecting properties that are formulated according to the latest, state-of-the-art additive and fuel technology. These additives are suitable for all 4- and 2-stroke gasoline engines.

It's easy to use: 25 ml from the dosing device conserves 5 L of fuel. Before decommissioning, add the corresponding amount to the tank and let the motor run for approx. 10 min. As a result, the preserved fuel is distributed throughout the entire system and you can start right back up again the next season.

Recommendation for use before wintering: Ride through the second to last tank of fuel with Motorbike 4T Bike-Additive to clean the entire fuel system and fuel treatment system, in particular the nozzles. Then add Motorbike Gasoline Stabilizer in a dosage of 5 ml per 1 l of fuel to the last tank of fuel before putting into storage. Perfect mixing occurs during the ride, distributing Motorbike Gasoline Stabilizer to the entire fuel system. Handy hint: Also empty the float chambers on carburettor engines so that the floats do not fill up while in storage!
