Whether in the household, workshop or industry: In all these areas, there are components that must be lubricated regularly. But grease and oil are not welcome everywhere. With our ceramic powder sprays, we can help.

Everyone knows these problems: squeaking door hinges, stiff drawers or sliding doors that do not close smoothly. With our ceramic sprays, these small hurdles can be easily overcome. And without leaving any greasy or oily residues.

To meet the requirements of the ban on microplastics, we now offer the Ceramic Powder Spray and the Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray. They replace the PTFE Powder Spray and are the perfect solution for anyone who wants an environmentally friendly alternative without sacrificing the usual performance. In addition, the new sprays adhere better to surfaces, thanks to the modified formulation.

But what makes these sprays so special and what are the differences between the two variants?

Easy lubrication without oil or grease

Our Ceramic Powder Spray is a highly effective, oil- and grease-free lubricant and release agent based on hexagonal boron nitride. It is suitable for almost any material and is the ideal choice when conventional lubricants such as oil or grease are undesirable. It is particularly important to note that the spray is free of silicone and PTFE and contains no microplastics. A plus for the environment.

The Ceramic Powder Spray provides excellent care and protection for moving surfaces that rub against each other. It also eliminates annoying squeaking noises and can be used universally due to its long-term lubrication. Especially in work areas where oily or silicone-containing agents could interfere with further processing such as painting work.

Areas of use

The spray shows its strength in many areas. It is outstanding for lubricating belt mechanisms and guide rails, such as those found on seat frames. It is also valued in textile and wood processing to lubricate bearings, slide rails, rollers, chains and threads and keep adhesion low. It is just as versatile in household use and serves as an efficient release agent in plastics processing.

Application

Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use. Then spray a thin and even layer onto the previously cleaned, grease-free and dry surface. If a greater layer thickness is required, the most recently applied must be allowed to dry completely before a new coat is applied.

Precise dosing of lubricants and release agents

Our Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray offers all the advantages of the conventional Ceramic Powder Spray, but goes one step further. It is aimed at those who require the highest level of precision and flexibility in their work.

The difference lies in the flip-up spray head of the Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray. This special spray head allows for even more targeted and selective dosing of the spray, which is particularly beneficial in hard-to-reach areas and confined spaces. The Pro-Line product can also be easily sprayed overhead. Spraying over a wide area is also possible when the nozzle tube is folded down.

The versatile application possibilities of the flip-up spray head make the Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray particularly valuable in professional working environments where precision and efficiency are required.

Areas of use

Like the Ceramic Powder Spray, the Pro-Line variant can also be used for various areas of application. This includes, for example, textile and wood processing. It is used here to lubricate bearings, slide rails, rollers, chains and threads. In addition, it is also suitable for lubricating belt mechanisms and guide rails. It serves as an efficient release agent in plastics processing. As a universal helper, it comes in handy in the household.

Application

Same as for Ceramic Powder Spray: Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use. Then spray a thin and even layer onto the previously cleaned, grease-free and dry surface. If a greater layer thickness is required, the most recently applied must be allowed to dry completely before a new coat is applied.

Both our Ceramic Powder Spray and the Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray offer very good lubrication and separation properties for a wide range of applications. While the classic Ceramic Powder Spray is ideal for versatile use in homes, workshops and industry, the Pro-Line Ceramic Powder Spray with its flip-up spray head offers additional advantages when it comes to selective dosing and precision.
