Fuel, intake system and particle filter cleaning with jet clean Tronic III or jet clean Tronic III Pro
During every combustion process, residues remain in the engine and exhaust system, the highly sensitive components such as injection nozzles, injectors, intake bridges, valves and particle filters become dirty – a problem that is exacerbated by short-distance driving, frequent stop-and-go traffic, poor fuel quality or driving at low engine speeds.
Despite the ban on the sale of combustion engines announced by the EU from 2035, vehicles powered by petrol or diesel fuel will continue to shape the roads in Germany and its EU partner countries for a long time to come. Fuel, intake system and particle filter cleaning therefore continues to be part of the daily business of many of our partner workshops and is also a lucrative, reliable source of income in the long term. That’s why you can also offer this service to your customers with our jet clean Tronic III or jet clean Tronic III Pro cleaning units.

Jet clean Tronic III and jet clean Tronic III Pro: Two units, one concept
Dirty fuel system
Injecting the fuel directly into the combustion chamber is a common method of reducing pollutant emissions in modern combustion engines while increasing efficiency. Direct injection requires that the injector (petrol or diesel) has access to the combustion chamber.
As a result, the sensitive nozzle head is in permanent contact with exhaust gasses (including soot). Depending on the driving style and fuel quality, deposits quickly form at the fuel outlet holes on the nozzle head. The injected fuel can therefore no longer mix optimally with the air, which in turn leads to higher consumption and an associated increase in pollutant emissions. As time goes on, more combustion residues such as soot are produced, clogging the fine outlets even more. This leads to even worse combustion, right up to blocking of the injector or failure of the system, which can entail costly repairs.
Dirty intake system
Another problem with direct-injection petrol and diesel engines is that the intake area is not cleaned. On the one hand, this is contaminated by the exhaust gas flowing back at the valve overlap or by the crankcase ventilation (deposits on the intake valves), and on the other hand by the exhaust gas recirculation system.
This combination of exhaust gas tract and intake tract causes what can be enormous deposits on the intake side of the engine as well as the intake valves. The resulting problems are varied – from a completely contaminated intake area, through a defective exhaust gas recirculation valve, to poorly closing intake valves and the associated loss of compression.
Clogged diesel particle filter
Many diesel vehicles also suffer from a clogged diesel particle filter (DPF). In many cases, this is due to short-distance driving that does not allow proper filter regeneration by burning off the soot or defective sensors that control regeneration and lead to incomplete cleaning or poor fuel quality that can lead to faster clogging.
If the filter remains clogged, this can have serious consequences, such as engine damage due to excessive exhaust gas pressure. The increased load on individual engine components also increases the risk of high wear and tear as well as expensive repairs to the engine, exhaust system or particle filter.
We have the perfect problem solvers
Depending on the unit type, you can remove such dirt and problems quickly and reliably with the fully electronic jet clean Tronic III or jet clean Tronic III Pro. The professional, high-dose purge with our matching Pro-Line jet clean additives thoroughly cleans the entire fuel and intake system as well as the particle filter.
While the jet clean Tronic III offers the option of fuel system cleaning for petrol and diesel vehicles, the jet clean Tronic III Pro is our 3-in-1 solution that allows you to jet clean the fuel system, intake system and particle filter.
Thanks to the vehicle compatibility of almost all 2-stroke and 4-stroke systems, it offers versatile use in the areas of passenger cars, motorcycles, vans, boats and commercial vehicles such as trucks or construction and agricultural machinery.
