Sales Support Administrator (M/F/D)

Your area of activity:

As Sales Support Administrator, the candidate should have the ability to work on multiple tasks and be a good problem solver. Excellent communication with the external sales team and interpersonal skills should be possessed. Support the daily sales functions through an efficient processing of customer orders, enquiries, and invoicing. Show attention to detail and have strong MS Office skills.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Process customer orders, including data entry into ERP and open order updates.
  • Respond to customer queries, provide delivery updates, account statements etc. 
  • Arrange the transfer of orders to our pick and pack logistics centre.
  • Manage customer back orders.
  • Assisting in order placement with suppliers and ensure goods receipt into ERP.
  • Stock control including monitoring reorder policies/levels.
  • Update, control and maintain diverse sheets/records.
  • Update price files.
  • Follow up on payments and open balance control from customers.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • ERP system experience
  • Good time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

Our offer:

  • Permanent, Full-time with competitive salary
  • Office based, Birmingham UK
  • Normal working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Salary TBD
