If the oil in an automatic transmission is replaced, it is advisable to clean the transmission at the same time. Even in a closed system, deposits can form as a result of oil ageing or wear particles. Over time, these can cause noticeable changes in shifting behavior.
To clean the transmission and thus prevent deposits, we recommend using our Automatic Transmission Cleaner.
