Meet Belinda Narbey, our Marketing Manager

Belinda plays a vitally important role in the LIQUI MOLY Australia team. We asked her a couple of questions so you can get to know her better.

How long have you been with LIQUI MOLY?

Just ticked over 3 years.

Have you always worked in the auto space?

Not always. I started in a Supermarket while at school and then moved to a family business that built bus bodies. From there I went on to an 11 year career at Mercedes-Benz truck dealership and then a 10 year career at Volkswagen Group Australia. It seems with each move I have gone on to a product smaller in size but there is something to be said about working for German companies! I can’t seem to escape them!!

Tell us a little about who Belinda is.

I am generally an easy going person however can be very direct so you will always know where you stand. Having 3 teenage boys keeps me on my toes and having to stay up to date with what the kids are talking about these days makes me a cool Mum, in my world!

What do you enjoy most about working at LIQUI MOLY?

The one thing I enjoy the most is being at a racetrack and calling it work. I always find myself in a garage with my head under a bonnet or talking to a team manager or engineer, even having a laugh with a driver but always learning something new. The best of all of this is meeting the fans that pay to be there and are passionate not only about the racing but also about our brand and what we are doing. It is great to get that direct feedback whether it be good or bad (and yes there has been some bad).

What do you do away from work to relax?

Usually I like to read to relax however this year my husband and I are building our first home, so I am quite enjoying looking at new furniture and accessories, our bank account isn’t enjoying that part.
