Application
For professional use only. Use the included universal adapter kit (part number 7911, other adapters are available) to connect the JetClean device depending on the engine type and injection system. Fill at least 1 liter (1 qt) of LIQUI MOLY Diesel Purge (part number 2005 USA / 7704 CAN) into the device's tank. Set the device to the individual system pressure required for cleaning. The pressure can be regulated either manually via a hand pump or via compressed air. Depending on the connection and engine type, open the ball valves on the hoses and start the engine. Check for leaks and let the engine idle for at least 30-45 minutes, depending on the degree of deposits. The longer the application time, the better the cleaning result. After cleaning is complete, reassemble everything to its original state, check for leaks and perform a thorough test drive. Note: When attaching or removing the device to the engine, make sure that fuel and cleaning fluid cannot ignite from heat sources and that the hoses of the device are not in direct contact with heat sources such as the exhaust system during cleaning. After each service, completely empty the JetClean device and pour the remaining cleaning fluid into a suitable container. The leftover cleaning fluid can be reused.SKU
